Its ability to rapidly and completely separate from water prevents sludge and wear commonly found in wet gear boxes (such as cooling tower gear boxes). Synergy® employs a dense, high molecular weight, synthetic cushioning additive to prevent fatigue failure in gears subjected to sudden shock loads.
